Main Ingredients
2 tsp roasted sesame seeds (til)
1 tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup fresh thick curds (dahi)
1 1/2 tsp grated garlic (lehsun)
1 tbsp fresh cream
salt to taste
For The Garnish
a sprig of parsley
For Serving
Method
- Pound the sesame seeds and olive oil in a mortar- pestle (khalbatta) to form a coarse paste. Keep aside.
 - Combine the curds, garlic, fresh cream, olive oil-sesame paste and salt in a bowl and mix well with help of a whisk till smooth.
 - Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
 - Garnish with a sprig of parsley and serve chilled with lavaash.

The aroma of garlic with garlic and tossed in with hung curds makes a great dip. Have it with any veggies.

Labneh banana kafi saral hai. Hum ne aaj Bread ke saath isse breakfast me liya. Taste good.
