This is an absolute stunner. I have IBS and am always looking for non wheat recipes. This cake is firmer than using ragi flour. I used 5 tbsp of hershey''s cocoa, 3 tbsp coffee decoction instead of water, and 1/2 cup powdered jaggery 2 tbsp powdered sugar. Also 1/4 cup walnuts. The cake does not rise, not a problem..took about 60 min.Lovely texture, delicious! Simple to make as.well. One request- share the weight of the flour used, as cup sizes vary Thank you so much. This is a.total keeper and repeater recipe😀

Ma''am, thank you so much for the recipe. It''s the best of all gluten free recipes for cakes I have tried so far and it''s so simple to make!. The only addition I did was mixed 2 Tbsps of flax seed powder to about 5 Tbsps of water, refrigerated it for about 15 mins and added it to the wet ingredients. Given mine is a microwave/oven combo, I preheated it to about 150 degrees for 10 mins and baked for about 40 mins
