Ingredients

2 burger buns
4 tbsp grated processed cheese

To Be Mixed Into A Topping
1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp finely chopped onions
2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 tbsp finely chopped basil
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
salt to taste

For Serving
tomato ketchup

Method

Divide the topping into 4 equal portions and keep aside.
Cut the buns horizontally and keep aside.
Top each burger bun halve with a portion of the prepared topping, sprinkle 1 tbsp of cheese and microwave on high for 1 minute.
Serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
