To make bread dosa, combine the bread, semolina, rice flour, curds, salt and 1 cup of water in a deep bowl and mix well. Cover it with a lid and keep aside for 30 minutes. Add salt. If you want while grinding you can add a little ginger, a few green chillies, cumin seeds etc or give a tempering to the batter later.

To prepare no fermentation bread dosa, heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and pour a ladleful of the batter.

Spread in a circular motion to make a 175 mm. (7") diameter circle.

Pour ½ tsp of ghee on the top and edges. Alternatively, you can also make use of butter or oil to cook the bread dosa.

Cover it with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.

Fold the dosa into a semicircle. For a variation you can prepare an aloo masala and prepare instant bread masala dosa recipe or sprinkle some vegetables like chopped onions or grated carrot or shredded cabbage and make bread uttapam.
