Soya bean bhaji is a flavorful and protein rich sabzi recipe made with soya chunks, a versatile ingredient derived from soybeans. These chunks are first soaked to soften them, then simmered in onion tomato based gravy until the flavors meld together, resulting in a rich and savory gravy.

Soya chunks sabzi, when prepared with tea powder, offers a unique culinary experience. The process of incorporating tea powder into soya bean bhaji often involves infusing it during the cooking of the soya chunks. This allows the flavors to meld together, ensuring that the tea's essence permeates the entire dish. This unexpected ingredient also contributes to a richer, deeper hue in the bhaji, making it visually appealing. The tea powder's slight astringency balances the richness of the dish, creating a more complex and satisfying taste profile.

Soya chunks are not only a great source of protein but also have a satisfying, meaty texture that makes the dish quite filling. Soya bean bhaji can be enjoyed as a side dish with rice or roti, or even as a main course with a side of salad.
