I really liked this recipe. Something very different from the usual rotis or parathas that we have. I had some left over rotis and so idecided to try this recipe. The result was outstanding. The coconut and sugar is a good combination with a tinge of cardamom and jaiphal powder. It imparts a very nice flavour.
