Spicy potato kadhi.. perfect kadhi to have with a deep fried puri or layered paratha.. Really simple recipe.. with quick ingredients.. the flavours of the spices is coated well on the potatoes..this is a must try recipe..

Rajma Wrap.. Really a treat to the stomach.. all the flavours.. intact in the rajma.. it was on a spicy side.. but the curd dressing was just too good.. and balanced the taste.. and the most important it is a gluten free recipe.. loved it..

Spicy rice and sesame toast.. Great combination of rice, potato and the chutney.. TAngy chatpata taste.. to the toast with crunchy sesame on the top. I made this as a starter for my guest they just loved it and could not believe it contained rice.. at the same time it was a filling snack.. Thank you for this recipe...

Great combination of the sprouts and rice.. the cooked rice added gives a nice binding to the tikkis.. And the minty flavour and taste goes really very well.. I enjoyed this with tomato ketchup..

Really spicy and chatpata.. paratha.. Made this for a sunday lunch.. with some plain pulao.. this paratha was enjoyed with plain chilled curds.this does does not need and subzi with it as the paratha has it all..

Potato chaat.. wow.. this was a great hit.. in my house.. the deep fried potatoes.. after boiling gives the outer cover a crunchy texture and soft from inside.The masalas was also perfectly mixed. it was best when served it immediately.. it had vanished in minutes when i served my family.. thank you for this quick chatpata chaat. Really good.. A must try.. recipe..

Spicy potato and roti roll.. this was just the same as you get in the market.. the spicyness of the roll and the crunchy onions added in the roll was really nice.. the cheese roll just melts in the mouth.. in every bite.. this is a great evening snack..

Crispy crunchy.. oriental bhel.. a new flavour than the regular bhel.. the veggies just cooked perfectly.. and the samosa patty noodles added to this .. gives a great crunch to the bhel.. My nephew enjoyed this bhel.. with some more extra patty noodles..

Potato and apple salad, Crunchy apples, corn and lettuce with soft potatoes.. really a nice combo.. the dressing is just perfect for the salad, this can be had by itself also..
