I love pasta, and penne aglio olio,is just amazing, with fresh crunchy vegetables, garlicky flavour, and topped with cheese. This dry recipe of pasta, is the best snack.

Flavourful, crunchy and tasty idli. The tempering added to the batter is so aromatic, and the cashewnuts added gives a very rich taste. This is the perfect kanchipuram idli, which i had in kanchipuram.

The ever best soft and spongy idlis... the flavor of the fenugreeks is so good. These idlis are soft even when cold. I have loved this recipe, which i was searching por so long. A must try for all the idli lovers.

Mangolian Stir-fry, crunchy veggies, makes a good start for a lunch or dinner.Mildly spiced, with sweet and sour taste of sauce, makes the stir- fry more tasty. I love having this with a bowl of hot piping soup.

Carrot relish, the name says it all, super relishing pickle, with so less of salt, but yet so tasty, the roasted masalas added to the carrot has blend so well with it. Enjoyed best when it is chilled.

This is a best party starter for my party, made in no time, but yet so tasty and creamy. Mushroom and celery is just superb combination with colorful capsicum, and the taste of olives, just gives a perfect finish.

The chilli garlicky flavor added to the rice makes the rice so appetizing. Crunchy capsicum juicy tomatoes, and melted cheese on top, wow, so yummy it taste, you dont need any accompaniment with it.
