Rice pakoda Kadhi.. crispy rice pakodas.. this is the best way to use the left over rice.. and made into masaledar pakodas.. the kadhi with little sourness.. and garlicky taste with the crunch of an onion.. wow.. its just too good.

Sai bhaji prepared quickly in microwave.. just within 13 minutes.. I loved the taste of the dill leaves added to it.. and the chana dal gives a crunch to the sabji.. and mildly spiced. It goes well with roti and bhakri.

Choco Dip Cookies..wow.. these cookies are so simple to make with less of ingredients.. and
it tastes the same as you get in the market, and chocolate dipped half way.. just completes the cookies. its soft and crunchy with perfect sweetness and buttery in taste.. i have made this double the quantity and stored it for my guests..

Beetroot rice.. a great variation of rice recipe.. with beetroot, where in the colour also is attarctive for kids.. which tempts them to eat.. and stays fresh for 4 to 5 hours.. and it is also masaledar.. super recipe..

Pakoda kadhi in microwave.. very nice recipe.. the pakodas are soft and flavoured with methi.. I was worried that the curds would curdle.. but stirring in-between does not let it happen.. This made really quick.. and taste equally yumm.. I served this with hot rice..

Crispy fried vegetables.. this is one of my favourite starter.. the assorted vegetables is well coated with the batter.. and gives a nice crunch to the veggies.. and the schezwan sauce coated in each vegetable strip.. with a spicy and garlic flavour.. this is a must try recipe..

Radish chutney.. never thought of it.. but after trying this recipe.. it was just superb.. with tangy sharp taste of the curd and radish.. with mint and corainder which gives nice flavour to the chutney.. this is a must try recipe.. goes well as an accompaniment.

Quick easy recipe.. with baby corn.. the spice added to this recipe is really nice.. and the green colour is very vibrant.. the lemon and the sugar added completes the dish.. i have loved this..

Baby Corn Hara Masala.. really very yumm this recipe is as.. the aroma and the flavour of the masala.. so strong.. with perfect chiiles added and adjusted with lime juice and little sugar.. which balances the taste.. and makes the baby corn really tasty.

This cheese dip is so easy and quick to make it. I was very doubtful, how this would stay in a kid''s tiffin. And I was happy that the consistency of the dip stayed the same. And the kids loved it so much, as now they can carry it to school, with some yummy nachos.

hummus, is as though my favourite.. adding spinach to this is a very super variation.. Good for kids in the tiffin, as it completes the requirement of protein... The colour is also very appetizing.. With some red chilli sprinkled on it.

Wow.. broccoli parathas, this a best way to include broccoli in kids diet. These parathas are very different in taste, not as regular parathas. chilli flakes Pep up the taste of the parathas, and makes it more tasty.And filling snack for kid in the tiffin.. every mother must try this recipe for their kid.. and they will surely love it.

Quick, easy to make, veg dosa triangles with potato filling. This dosa satisfy''s the stomach and keeps it full for long time.. When packed in tiffin stays fresh.. and moist.. this recipe can be made in the mornings also as it does not take much time.. to make.
