Easy recipe. If you use a wet grinder to grind the urad dal, you can skip adding soda.
The non-fried dahi vadas come out so well, that now i do not make these fried dahi vadas.

Very different way of making bhatura..I was looking for a yeast-free recipe of bhatura. Turned out awesome! I did add tomatoes when making chole. Great recipe.

Much better alternative to Fried batata vadas. It is a pretty innovative version of fried vadas.
However, it is still high in calories and carbohydrates so consume occasionally.

Quick instant dosa! I did not have urad flour so i added Besan in its place. I also added paneer, extra chilli and garam masala to the filling/stuffing. Its a pretty blend dosa so you will definitely need spicy stuffing to eat with it.

This recipe is rich in protein and tasty. I also add yellow, orange, red peppers, green peas and corn to this recipe. I skip the tomatoes. Great to pack for tiffin too.
