Very delicious and protein rich recipe! I made tikkis instead of koftas and shallow fried them.I prefer this version of malai kofta over the traditional one.

Protein rich recipe! Sometimes, i add green peas and corn and skip the cabbage and urad dal. Very healthy recipe.

There was too much butter in the recipe.. Even after the fudge was set, the base of the entire tray had a thick layer of butter..Taste was great. I will try making it again with less butter.
