For mulo pur
 

  1. To make mulo pur recipe, in a small non-stick pan, add the mustard seeds, sesame seeds and nigella seeds and dry roast on a medium flame for 1 minute.

  2. Transfer into a small mixer jar, add the coriander, green chilies and 1 tbsp of water and blend till coarse.

  3. Transfer into a bowl, add the paneer and salt and mix well.

  4. Place 2 radish slices on a clean and dry surface, on one slice put approx. 1 tsp of the paneer stuffing and spread.

  5. Place another radish slice over it and press gently.

  6. Grease a tava with 1/4 tsp of oil and dip each sandwiched radish into the prepared besan batter and put on greased tava.

  7. Cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, apply ½ tsp oil evenly over it and turn over and cook again for 2 to 3 minutes or till done. At a time you can cook 8 to 9 pieces on the tava.

  8. Remove and keep aside.

  9. Repeat steps 4 to 8 to make remaining pieces.

  10. Serve the mulo pur immediately.
