Ingredients
Main Ingredients
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 3/4 cups icing sugar
a few drops yellow colour
a few drops lemon essence
Method
- Combine the lemon juice and 1½ tbsp of warm water in a small bowl, mix well and keep aside.
 - Sieve the icing sugar in a deep bowl, gradually add the lemon juice-water mixture to it and mix very well till smooth.
 - Add the lemon colour and lemon essence and mix well.
 - Use immediately.

Tangy lemony glaze, this recipe really yumm, with strong flavor of lemon. Can be enjoyed on cupcakes.

Hi, I tried this recipe today for my in-laws marriage anniversary ..! It turned out so perfect.... so tasty.. the lemon taste is just perfect as they don''t like the conventional sweet chocolate/vanilla cakes.... it''s unconventional and very tasty! I just made one small addition.. I roughly ground 3-4 cloves and added in the batter.. the flavour is unbelievably amazing!
