Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Boiled purple yam (kand)
- 1 cup capsicum cubes
- 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- salt to taste
For Serving
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 to 2 tsp lemon juice

Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Alternatively, thread the kand and capsicum onto skewers alternatively and grill them over a charcoal or electric barbeque till they are lightly browned.
- Sprinkle with the chilli powder and lemon juice.
- Serve hot with the spring onion and curd dip.
