Berry melony drink, who can resist berries! add to that the charm of melons too, and you have nothing short of a winner there. The combination of strawberries and watermelon gives rise to a nice, mellow berry-flavoured drink, which none in their right senses can resist! use 5-6 tbsp of strawberry crush when fresh strawberries are not in season.
Method- Combine the watermelon, strawberries, lemon juice, sugar syrup and ½ cup of water and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- In each cocktail glass place ¼ cup of crushed ice and pour equal quantity of the juice. Serve immediately garnished with a wedge of watermelon on each glass.
