  1. To make aloo gobhi matar recipe, combine ginger, garlic and green chillies in a mortar pestle and pound it coarsely. Keep aside.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a broad non-stick pan, add cauliflower and potato cubes. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until light golden brown in colour.
  3. Heat the remaining oil in a deep non-stick, pan add the cumin seeds and onions. Sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the tomatoes and pounded ginger, garlic, green chillies. Mix well and sauté for a minute.
  5. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, kitchen king masala, coriander- cumin seeds powder, tomato pulp and ¼ cup hot water.
  6. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  7. Add the sauteed cauliflower and potatoes, green peas, salt to taste and 1 cup of hot water, mix well.
  8. Cover and cook on a medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  9. Serve aloo gobhi matar hot garnished with coriander.
