  1. In a microwave safe bowl ,add butter, garlic, parsley and 1 tsp mixed herbs and mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  2. Mix well and keep aside.
  3. Cut a pizza base into half horizontally using a sharp knife or a thread.
  4. Place it on a clean,dry surface and apply little of the butter-garlic mixture on both sides.
  5. One the lower base halve put a little sliced onions, little coloured capsicum slices, sprinkle little salt, mixed herbs, chilli flakes and cheese evenly over it.
  6. Sandwich it with using the buttered-garlic mixture facing downwards.
  7. Put little more butter-garlic mixture evenly over it, sprinkle little chilli flakes, oregano and little cheese evenly over it.
  8. Repeat steps 3 to 7 to make 1 more vegetable garlic bread.
  9. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200ºc (400ºf) for 8 to 10 minutes.
  10. Cut the vegetable garlic bread into 4 equal pieces and serve immediately.
