Ingredients
To Be Mixed Together For The Masala Mixture
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/2 tsp sugar
salt to taste
Other Ingredients
1 1/2 tsp oil
20 pineapple cubes , cut into 50 mm. (2?) pieces
Method
- Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the pineapple pieces and sauté on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
 - Add the masala mixture and the sauté on a medium flame for another 2 to 3 minutes.
 - Pierce a toothpick into each pineapple cube and serve immediately.

Tried this recipe with an addition - dried pudina crushed as seasoning and also used black salt. It turned out super yummy. Thanks Taralaji for this recipe.

This recipe was absolutely delicious and scrumptious. However make sure your pineapple is not sour.
