Sesame Baby Potatoes

Deep fried baby potatoes smeared in thick gravy of onion and tomatoes and various spices will surely leave its taste in your palate and you will yearn for it more.
Method- Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry boiled baby potatoes until golden brown ad crisp from all the sides. Drain and keep aside.
- Take 3 tbsp of oil and heat it up and sauté the wet masala for about 5 minutes.
- Add the dry masala and sauté till oil leaves from the sides of the pan.
- Add the curds ,salt and baby potatoes, mix well and garnish with roasted sesame seeds and coriander.
- Serve hot.
