For schezwan paneer toast- To make schezwan paneer toast, in a bowl, add schezwan sauce, mayonnaise, capsicum, paneer, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Place a bread slice on a clean dry surface, apply little butter, place a cheese slices and prepared paneer stuffing evenly over it.
- Top it up with mozzarella cheese, sprinkle little red chilli flakes and oregano.
- Bake in an pre heated oven at 180° c (360° f) for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
