Method
    Method
  1. Chop spinach and mustard leaves,wash them and drain.
  2. Heat oil in the pressure cooker.
  3. Add drained greens, green chillies and stir.
  4. Add ginger and garlic.
  5. Add few pinches of salt and water.
  6. Pressure cook till done(2 whistles).
  7. Keep aside to cool and then blend to a coarse paste in a mixer.
  8. Heat ghee in a pan, add onion and saute till brown.
  9. Add the coarse paste,garam masala,maize flour and lemon juice.
  10. Stir well and cook till the oil starts to separates.
  11. Garnish with cheese.
  12. Serve hot with makki ki roti or paratha.
