Prepare the ground and roasted sweet Praline powder in an air tight container and use it as desired in desserts, cakes, ice creams or cookies.
- Melt the sugar in a heavy saucepan on a slow flame.
- Add the nuts and mix well.
- Spread the mixture on a tin and allow to cool.
- Powder coarsely and store in an air-tight jar.
