Add this peanut mixture to the dry almond, coconut and oats mixture and mix well. Line a 200 mm. (8”) aluminium tin with parchment paper, put the mixture over it and even it out using a spoon. Refrigerate it for 1 hour. Cover it with flat plate, flip it upside and demould it. Remove the parchment paper and cut it into 10 equal square shaped bars. Serve or store it in an air-tight container in the refrigerator and use as required.
