the goan curry was spicy and and the grated coconut in it added to the flavour in the dish

the soya panki turned out to be a great dish. a little more water had to be added in order to get the perfect batter. this could also be eaten by putting it on a pan without the leaaves

although the masala corn is tasty all by itself it could be accompanied with crackers to produce an excellent afternoon snack

the chatpata salad is a light snack and is also tangy with the chaat masala and the lemon. the lemon could used in it could be a bit more and this could be had with or without the chunda

the vegetable soup contains all sorts of vegetables which makes this soups nutritious. the amount of cornflour to be put in was less as the soup was thin. with the extra amount of cornflour the creaminess was maintained

not many ingredients and very simple to make but the flavour produced with the cucumber and lettuce is delicious.

the dish turned out to be great and it was healthy. it does not need to be had with anything as it tastes excellent all by itself

the peach crumble is not only sweet but also is tangy. both these qualities contribute to the goodness of the dish.

even though some might not find cinnamon very good to eat even then this dish turned out to be a huge success
