Karela and jowar flour Muthias flavored with onions and garlic and curds to give that sourness. Nice breakfast snack.

I love raddish and this chilled salad tastes great with the adding of garlic, lemon juice for its tanginess and green chilli for that little spice.

Despite never tasting or liking Turai, i loved this recipe. The moong dal has a nice mouth feel and the cooked turai tastes good with the taste of galic and onions.

Tovar dal and radish pressure cooked and then a dry powder of coconut and beaten rice are added. Spiced with chilli powder and sweetened with Jaggery.

Spicy moong dal makes a nice healthy zero oil dal. The moong dal has a nice soft mouth feel and there is a nice aroma of garlic.
