Devour the crispy fried Methi puri, made from wheat flour and chopped methi leaves. A Favorite dish among North Indian households, the methi puri is best relished with boiled aloo curry or potato subzi.
- Mix all the ingredients except oil and knead tite.
- Make balls of this & laminate these with help of rollor.
- Fry these puris.
