मिट्टी के बर्तन में सूरती वाल, बास्मति चावल और ताज़े हरे हर्बस् पके हुए…यह अनुभव बेहद शानदार होगा! लिल्वा या ताज़ा वाल केवल एक ही मौसम मे मिलते हैं, जो 3-4 महीनों के लिए होता है, इसलिए इसका प्रयोग जितना हो सके उतना करें। इस व्यंजन में प्रयोग होने वाला स्वादिष्ट हरा मसाला बेहद शानदार है, इसलिए अगर ताज़ा वाल ना मिलने पर आपको इसकी याद आए, तो चावल को फूलगोभी और हरे मटर के साथ बनाऐं। यह उतना ही स्वादिष्ट लगेगा।

Lilva rice is totally what i was looking for... The coriander paste adds a distinctive taste to the rice...It tastes different from the regular ones we have.. Hot kadhi and this rice makes an amazing combo..
