  2. Add ¼ cup chopped radish leaves (mooli ke patte), washed and drained. Chopped radish leaves add a unique flavor and texture to Jowar Mooli Muthia.
  3. Add ¼ cup besan (bengal gram flour). Besan acts as a binder, helping to hold the mixture of grated radish, jowar flour, and other ingredients together. This ensures that the muthia holds its shape during steaming.
  4. Add ¾ cup jowar (white millet) flour. Combining jowar flour with a small amount of besan (gram flour) adds a subtle nutty flavor and helps bind the mixture better.
  5. Add 2 tbsp curd (dahi). A squeeze of lemon juice or a spoonful of curd enhances the flavor and acts as a natural tenderizer.
  6. Add 2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania). It adds a refreshing and invigorating fragrance to the muthia, enhancing the overall sensory experience.
  7. Add 1 tsp lemon juice. Lemon juice adds a tangy and refreshing flavor to the muthia, complementing the earthy taste of jowar (sorghum) flour and the slightly pungent radish.
  8. Add 2 tsp ginger-green chilli paste. Ginger-green chili paste adds a vital flavor punch to jowar mooli muthia, providing a delightful balance of heat and zest.
  9. Add 1 tsp garlic paste. Garlic paste in jowar mooli muthia adds a pungent and savory flavor profile. It enhances the overall taste experience and complements the other ingredients in the dish.
