Ingredients

STEAMED SPROUTS:2 CUPS
STEAMD CORN : 1 CUP
MOIST POHA : 3 CUPS
CHOPPED AND SAUTED ONION: 1
CHOPPED TOMATO: 1
CHOPPED GREEN , YELLOW , RED CAPSICUM:
SMALL I EACH
STEAMED FINELY CHOPPED FRENCH BEANS : 1/2 CUP
MUSTARD SEEDS : 1/4 TSP
CHOPPED CORINDER LEAVES : 1/2 CUP
FEW GRAINS OF ROASTED GROUNDNUT :1/4 CUP
CHOPPED GREEN CHILLES: 3-4
CHOPPED CURRY LEAVES : 2-3
WHOLE RED CHILLI : 1
SALT AND BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp oil
Method


  1. Heat oil in a pan,add roasted onion, mustard seeds,red chilli, green chilles saute all the vegetables till tender ,add poha , salt and peeper to taste , saute for 1 minute .remove pan from fire. mix lemon juice in prepared poha and sprouts and turn it on a serving dish and decorate with roasted groundnuts and chopped coriander and serve hot with
