This is very good, nutritious and tasty home remedy for cold serve as appetizer.

Hot-saffron apple soup recipe - How to make Hot-saffron apple soup

1cup of Apple juice,
2tbsps ginger juice,
2cloves,
1inch piece of cinnamon,
1/4tsp+1/2tsp crushed black pepper,
few strands of saffron dissolved in water,
1tsp honey,
lemonjuice and salt to to taste
- In a pan combine apple juice, ginger juice, cloves, piece of cinnamon and 1/2tsp crushed black pepper. bring to boil and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes. strain the juice and discard the cloves and cinnamon. mix with saffron and cook for 1 minute. add the honey, salt and lemon juice and serve immediately garnished with 1/4tsp crushed black pepper.
- This is very good,
- Serve as appetizer.
