Golden glass, together, apples and bananas ensure a wholesome intake of fibre, calcium and potassium. Freshly ground pepper perks up the taste of this nutritive drink. Being rich in precious nutrients and looking resplendent with an appealing golden tinge, this drink deserves to be called the golden glass. Indeed, a glass of this drink keeps you charged with nutrients for the whole day!
glass used: shot glass
Method- Combine the apple and banana along with ½ cup of water and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Strain the juice using a strainer.
- Add the orange juice, lemon juice, sugar substitute, salt and pepper and mix well.
- In each shot glass, place ¼ cup of crushed ice and pour equal quantity of the juice over it. Serve immediately garnished with pepper.
