A peppy and energy giving Energy doodh recipe with milk and sugar boiled together and then simmered with a paste comprising of crushed nuts, soaked saffron and peeled elaichi
- Add sugar to milk and boil for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, dry roast all the nuts on medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Grind the nuts, cardamom and saffaron to a smooth power.
- Add all thepowder to boiling milk and boil for another two minutes.
- Drink hot or cold.
