Ingredients


For Eggless Ghee Cake
1/2 cup ghee
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup milk powder
3/4 cup milk
1 cup plain flour (maida)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda

Method

For eggless ghee cake

  1. To make {span class="bold1"}eggless ghee cake{/span}, in a deep bowl, add ghee, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, milk powder and milk. Whisk well.
  2. Add plain flour, baking powder and baking soda and whisk well until no lump remain.
  3. Transfer the batter into a greased and lined tin. Sprinkle some pistachio flakes and almond flakes.
  4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
  5. Remove and cool it completely. Demold and cut into 12 equal slices.
  6. Serve the {span class="bold1"}eggless ghee cake{/span}.
