Dahi wale aloo is a simple recipe with the boiled potatoes or aloo cooked in curd mixture which is tempered with mustard seeds and seasoned with indian spice powders. Enjoy with rice.

Ingredients
4 boiled and mashed potatoes
1 cup beaten curds (dahi)
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
oil for tempering
rock salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
Method
    Method
  1. Heat the oil in a kadai and add the cumin seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the potatoes and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the curds, salt and the pepper, mix well and cook on a slow flame for 3 minutes.
  4. Garnish with coriander.
  5. Serve hot.
