One question. In the begining it is written that one karanji gives 126 calories, while in the table it is written value per karanji is 285 cal. Which is the correct calories for one karanji ?

My mother in law was type 2 diabetic. With sugar level 17.5. She was on metformin 500 mg , 3 times a day. She used to take karela juice in the morning every single day., though she didn''t make any drastic changes in her diet. She ate rice and all. Within a year her sugar was in control and she is not having metformin any more. Her sugar is below 5 always now without tablets.
