Ingredients
4 tender corn (makai ke dane) cobs
1 ltr milk
5 tbsp sugar
5-6 saffron (kesar) strands strands
1/2 tsp cardamon powder
8-20 almonds (badam)
8-10 pistachio

For The Garnish
almonds (badam) and saffron (kesar) strands strands
Method
    Method
  1. In a pan, keep milk for boiling.
  2. Meanwhile, clean the corn cobs properly. grate the corn with help of a grater.
  3. Strain the corn pulp and discard the rest.
  4. When milk comes to a boil, add sugar and saffron strands and cardamom powder.
  5. Now add corn pulp and stir continuously so that no lumps are formed.
  6. After 10 -12 mins, milk starts to thicken up,add chopped almonds and pistachio
  7. Mix well.
  8. Garnish with chopped almonds and saffron strands
  9. Serve hot

  1. This can be served cold also.
  2. Take a dish and put the mixture and allow it to set in a refrigerator.
  3. serve chilled.
