A step by step process of preparing coconut milk at home. Coconut milk is a necessary ingredient in many cuisines like Thai cuisine, South Indian cuisine and Goan or Konkan cuisine among many more.
- Grind the coconut pieces along with water in mixie.t
- Ransfer it to a bowl.
- Now filter that into another bowl using a tea filter
- Now take the coconut paste remeining in the filter and squeeze again in the filtered coconut milk.
- Leave off the coconut paste and use the liquid alone as coconut milk
