Coconut and Spinach Raita

For summers. Simple, natural taste, mild and soothing.
Method- Heat olive oil in a pan and the cumin seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the spinach and coconut and saute for a minute.
- Keep aside and cool.
- Take beaten curd. Mix salt and pepper well.
- Mix the above mixture to it and serve fresh.
