For The Filling
- 1 cup cream style corn
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp chopped carrot
- 2 tbsp chopped capsicum
- 1 1/2 tsp red red chilli sauce
- salt to taste
Other Ingredients
- 14 readymade Tarts
- 14 tbsp grated processed cheese
Method
For the filling
- Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the green chillies and onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add the capsicum and carrot and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add the canned corn, red chilli sauce and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Keep aside.
How to proceed
- Just before serving, re-heat the filling, put 1 tbsp of the filling and 1 tbsp of cheese in each tart.
- Serve immediately.

This recipe is crispy from outside and the filling is melting in the mouth. I love the idea of using readymade tarts that are nowdays available everywhere. I make this when I have parties and my guest eat it up within minutes.

Mmmm... burgers are something i can rarely say no to..This one was indeed cheesy and soo colourfull because of the veggies...
