Ingredients

4 bread slices
6 tbsp grated processed cheese
a few drops of tabasco sauce

Method

Cut each bread slice into 3 equal strips lengthwise to get 12 strips.
Place the bread strips on a baking tray and bake them in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 8 minutes.
Sprinkle ½ tbsp of cheese evenly on each strip and put a few drops of tabasco sauce over it and again bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for another 5 minutes.
Serve immediately with a dip of your choice.
