For cheese vegetable slider- To make cheese vegetable slider, divide the stuffing into 3 equal portions.
- Take a ladi pav ( 6 pieces), cut it horizontally into 2 parts.
- Place both the halves on a clean, dry surface and apply ¼ cup cheese spread evenly over it.
- On the lower halve put a portion of the stuffing and spread it evenly.
- Finally sprinkle 1 tbsp of spring onion greens evenly over it.
- Place the upper halve of the ladi pav with the cheese spread side facing downwards.
- Brush with melted butter evenly over the ladi pav.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360° f) for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Repeat steps to make 2 more sliders.
- Serve cheese vegetable slider immediately.

For stuffing: 1 cup boiled and coarsely crushed sweet corn kernels, ¾ cup finely chopped coloured capsicum, ¼ cup finely chopped onions, ¼ cup deseeded and finely chopped tomatoes, ¾ cup grated processed cheese, 2 tsp dry red chilli flakes, 1 tsp dry mixed herbs, 2 tbsp Schezuan sauce and salt to taste.
