This ia good source of vitamin c and iron. It reduces the body heat and weight. Instead of all time michi thecha i tried amla thecha and everyone liked it.
Method- Combine all the ingredients and blend roughly into the mixer.
- Heat the oil in a small pan and add the mustard seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the asafoetida and saute for 10 seconds.
- Pour over the thecha and serve hot.
