  1. To make aloo tikki slider, take a ladi pav (6 pieces), cut it horizontally into 2 parts.
  2. Place the lower halve on a clean, dry surface and apply mint mayonnaise evenly over it.
  3. Put the shredded cabbage and carrot and place cheese slices evenly over it.
  4. Place 6 aloo tikki over the cheese slices, place 6 onion rings over it and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Apply hot and sweet chili sauce on the upper halve of the pav.
  6. Place the upper halve of the pav sauce side facing downwards.
  7. Poke the upper halve using a skewer and pour the butter mixture evenly over it.
  8. Cover with an aluminium foil and bake in a pre-heated oven on 180°c (360°f) for 8 to 10 minutes.
  9. Serve the aloo tikki slider immediately.
