Ingredients
2 scoops vanilla ice-cream
1 1/2 tsp instant coffee powder
1 tsp brandy
1 tsp sugar

For The Garnish
1/2 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
Method
    Method
  1. Boil the ¼ cup of water in a non-stick pan, add the coffee and sugar and mix well.
  2. Add the brandy and mix well.
  3. Place a scoop of ice-cream in each coffee mug and pour half the coffee mixture over each mug.
  4. Serve immediately garnished with the cinnamon powder.
