Ingredients
For Tandoori Gobi Sabzi
2 cups parboiled cauliflower florets
2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup sliced onions
1/4 cup sliced capsicum
1/2 cup whisked thick curds (dahi)
2 tsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
1 tbsp besan (Bengal gram flour)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp kitchen king masala
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
Method
- To make tandoori gobi sabzi recipe, combine the thick curd, besan, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, kitchen king masala, chaat masala, kasuri methi, lemon juice and salt in a deep bowl and whisk well.
 - Add the cauliflower, onions and capsicum and toss well.
 - Heat oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the vegetable mixture and cook on a medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes, while tossing it occasionally.
 - Serve the tandoori gobi sabzi hot garnished with coriander.

Cauliflowers cooked in a lovely besan and curd marinade. Mildly spiced and healthy vegetable to have.

Different taste. I think 1/2 to 3/4 cup curd should be fine.
