Fruits are one of the best snacks to munch on, when you are pregnant. They are crunchy, juicy and refreshing. But on days when you feel exhausted and do not even feel like munching on a bowlful of fruits, turn to this Sweet Lime, Pomegranate and Apple Juice to top up on essential nutrients, even though some fibre is lost when making the juice in a hopper.
Rich in vitamin C, this juice helps to boost your baby’s immunity, and to fight against diseases during gestation. Apple adds to the volume and nutrients of this juice, while mint gives a fabulous flavour to it. Enjoy this sugar-free juice immediately on preparation.
Method- Add the sweet lime, pomegranate, apple and mint leaves a few at a time in a hopper.
- Pour equal quantities of the juice into 2 small individual glasses.
- Serve immediately.
