Method
  1. Put 4 cups of water in a kadhai, add the corn, prepared cornflour-water mixture, salt and sugar, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
  2. Add the grated corn, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Add ¼ cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve hot with chillies in vinegar, soya sauce and chilli sauce.
