Method

  1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  2. Add the mushrooms and salt and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the tomatoes, oregano and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  4. Finally add tobasco sauce and mix gently.
  5. Serve immediately.

simple and delicious mushroom starter. Loved its simplicity and focus on the mushroom flavour rather than adding heaps of other flavours on it.
