Baby corn and broccoli cooked in a fragrant spice mix makes a delectable starter. You may even serve this as a vegetable with steamed rice to make a satiating meal.
Method- In a microwave safe bowl, combine the baby corn and broccoli along with 2 tablespoons of water and microwave on high for 1 minute. Keep aside.
- In another microwave safe bowl add the butter, onions and garlic, mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Add the tomatoes, plain flour and the spice powder, mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Add the milk, baby corn, broccoli and salt, mix well and microwave on high for 3 minutes, while stirring twice in between.
- Serve immediately.
