For rosti pizza- To make rosti pizza, combine all the ingredients for making potato rosti in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a broad non-stick pan, add 1/2 potato rosti mixture and spread it gently using a flat ladle to form a 150 mm. (6”) diameter circle.
- Cover it with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes until the rosti turns golden brown from the bottom.
